Salon Booking- Cancellation and rescheduling Policy

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you have confirmed your appointment and cancelled within the final 48 hours of your booking then the following charges will apply:
$100 for cut and colour appointments
$40 for cut appointments.
If you reschedule on the day of your appointment, or are a ‘no-show’ you will be charged 50% of your booking.

An invoice will be sent which has a link for the payment. Once the invoice has been paid, you will be able to book another appointment. multiple no show or last minute cancellation will require a non refundable deposit to secure a booking.

Camden Lane’s appointments are structured so you get exclusive one on on one time with me. That means enforcing the late arrival and cancellation policies contributes to the sustainability of my small business. Thank you for your understanding.


Salon Booking- Late arrival policy

We have a late arrival policy. If you have confirmed your appointment and arrive 15 minutes or later than scheduled I will try to accommodate your booking if possible. Reduced service time may be offered or rescheduling may be required with a cancellation/no-show fee charged to cover the loss of appointment.

If you are booked for a longer service than the service available due to you arriving late, you will still be charged for your original booking. For example, if you arrive 15 minutes late or later that results in you having a Face Frame or Scatter Foils as opposed to your original booking for a Full Head of Foils, you will still be charged for the Full Head.
