Cancellation and rescheduling Policy

Camden Lane operates on a 48-hour cancellation policy.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your confirmed appointment, the following fees apply:

  • $100 for cut + colour appointments

  • $50 for cut appointments

Same-day rescheduling or no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the original booking.

An invoice will be sent with a payment link. Future bookings can be made once the invoice is paid. Multiple no-shows or late cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.

As all appointments are one-on-one, your time is reserved just for you. These policies help support the sustainability of my small business—thank you for your understanding and support.


Late arrival policy

If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment, I’ll do my best to accommodate you. However, reduced service time may be necessary, or rescheduling may be required. In these cases, a cancellation/no-show fee may apply to cover the missed appointment.

If a shorter service is provided due to late arrival, you’ll still be charged for the original service booked. For example, if you’re booked for a Full Head of Foils but only have time for Face Frame or Scatter Foils, the Full Head rate will still apply.
